The article focuses on the necessity for the development of basic competences that are part of professional competence in relation to a technical specialist.

The article is devoted to the specific character of managerial business communication, in particular, the role of strategic behaviour in business communication. The article is focused on the problems of organizational communication and the ways employees influence each other within an organization. Strategic communication is considered as a specific type of behaviour in communication, aimed at achieving communicational objectives more efficiently and as a result improving managers 'performance in handling people.

In the article the contracted forms of communication such as monorhemes as means of cross-cultural communication are analised. The given forms of phrases are characterised by all the features typical to full sentences considering its structure, semantics and psychological properties. The carried out empirical cross-cultural study allows to say that the use of monorhemes as the reactive contracted forms of dialogue depends on the level of language and national culture as well as individual characteristics of speakers.

The article is dedicated to the examination of the contemporary state of scientific studies in the field of origin, formation and development of the concept "educational space " in its different scientific aspects. This paper describes a study of personality traits school teachers of different specialties, affecting their professional effectiveness in the work; an analysis of those properties with effective and ineffective teachers. Found statistically significant differences in the properties of the individual performance of teachers of different specialties. Correlation relationship personality factors performance indicators. The conclusions derived by the scientific material.

The concept of the professional competence has been examined. The analysis of the effective bachelor's educational and research activity has been made. The goals and problems of teaching the students to write an essay have been denoted.
