In the article is considered the currency of formation professional ecological competence of future specialists of oil and gas pipeline transport. The list of main professional ecological competences is suggested. Matter and composition of these competences are defined. The model of formation professional ecological competences is presented. The matter of information-didactic basis of professional ecological grounding is defined. The pedagogical technology of formation professional ecological competences and the results of its application in the learning process are shown.

In the paper the formation of part-time pedagogical education and its place in the system of higher education is described. The analysis of the role and peculiarities of part-time training specialists in the post-war period has been given.

In today's theory of IRT testing the solution to a test task is seen as a probabilistic event, depending on the student's level of knowledge and the level of complexity of the assignment. It is noted that in the scientific literature there is no common approach to determining the factors influencing the complexity of the problem. It is suggested that the difficulty of the problem increases with the number of key elements, which are the data elements used in solving the problem.
