Abstract
The article presents the analysis of a specialist's competence model and its design methods.
The topicality of the paper is in designing a structural model of a graduate student from the point of view of
competence attitude based on professional diagram. The paper contains a three-blocked structure of
professional diagram consisting of labour diagram, psychological diagram and social diagram.
According to the professional diagram a teacher can define the competences which can be formed in the
educational process. The teacher can build the matter of education, define the quality indications and aims of
learning the subject according to the suggested specialist's training.
The paper shows the indicated correlations of technical, management and economic knowledge which depend
on the person's position in the industrial hierarchy.
