The topical issue of development of professional ecological competence of future oil and gas pipeline transport specialists is considered in the article. The list of basic professional ecological competences is suggested. The pedagogical technology of development of professional ecological competences is shown. The structure and principle of work of virtual simulator systems in the process of development of professional ecological competence of future pipeline transport specialists are described.

In the article the contracted forms of communication such as monorhemes are analised according to their semantic and psychological properties. The given form of phrases is characterised by all the features typical to full sentences considering its structure, semantics and psychological properties. The carried out empirical cross-cultural study allows to say that the use of monorhemes as the reactive contracted forms of dialogue depends on the level of language and national culture as well as individual characteristics of speakers.
