It is shown that the existing subject-based system of higher education causes the discrepancies between separate knowledge in various subjects and professional competence as an integral characteristic of educational quality. These contradictions are noted to be resolved only through the pedagogical integration of educational content.

In this article, the example of German universities, considered the features of the reforms in the administration of training for scientific personnel undertaken in the last decade in Euro-pean countries.

In the article the study of real dialogues, the most important social and psychological compo-nent of which is a contracted form of communication, considering individual characteristics of speakers as well as level of their language culture, semantics and elements of their speech is presented as the up-to-date line of study of interpersonal communication. The carried empiri-cal study allows to say that there is the dependence of individual characteristics, motivation of communication, communicative skills of participants of communication and presence of vari-ous semantic and syntactic types of contracted forms in the dialogue.

In article the methodological problem of a didactic role of social philosophy and an esthetics is staticized. Teleologic questions, methodological mission, methodical knowledge, abilities, receptions, ways and aksiologo-pedagogic function of the above-named sections of philosophy are considered. The problem of a role of system philosophical and esthetic studying of various sections of philosophy is analyzed.
