Abstract

The article gives the analysis of foreign and national experience of introducing new organizational and economical mechanisms of managing the institutions of vocational education in the frames of state and private partnerships. The article considers the factors influencing the development of private and state partnership in Russia. The article gives the results of an analytical overview of theory and practice of cooperative training with private business corporations in foreign colleges and institutes. The article considers the legal aspects of regulating of relationships of private and state partnership. There are various forms and models of private and state partnership in specialists’ training and their efficiency is shown in the article. The article gives guidance of using world innovating experience in the case of Russian reality, illustrated with some examples.
