The models of organization of the corporate educating aimed at satisfaction of personnel demand for specialists with higher technical education are examined in the article. The choice of methods of evaluation of effectiveness of the corporate functionally-oriented vocational training is grounded and recommendations are given on their usage for realization of the educational programs.
