Abstract

This paper describes a study of personality traits school teachers of different specialties, affecting their professional effectiveness in the work; an analysis of those properties with effective and ineffective teachers. Found statistically significant differences in the properties of the individual performance of teachers of different specialties. Correlation relationship personality factors performance indicators. The conclusions derived by the scientific material.
