The administrative intra-higher school information system within the limits of it information-communicative space represents set of information processes, for satisfaction of an information need of different levels of activity. It consists of information technology of processing of the information, internal and external channels of transfer. One of the major purposes of the use of information technology for maintenance of activity of high school is the increase of competitiveness of Russian education as a whole
