Abstract

The article deals with the problem of youth proficiency, professional training among students of economic university, which involves their professional competencies application to respond to the changes on the global labor market. The efficiency of implemented professional activity entirely depends on the level of key economic competencies as: academic, communicational, organizational and linguistic competencies. The main components in the structure and content of professional multicultural competence are considered as cognitive, active, motivational and value components. This standardization of specific education is solved by defining the obligatory content minimum as a starting point for the subsequent formation and development of the intellectual and creative potential of the individuals.
