Author Guidelines

The order of the paper submission

1. Submission of the paper materials to the editors of the Journal  suggests:
• author's permission to collect, process, use and store personal data exclusively to the extent necessary to ensure the publication process;
• expression by the authors of their consent to the transfer of the right of reproduction and distribution;
• respect for the copyright of other persons or organizations;
• full responsibility of the authors for the accuracy and originality of the information provided in the paper;
• that this work has not been previously published;
• that, if accepted for publication, this paper will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in any other language.
2. The text of the paper is submitted to the editors as a file with the .doc extension through the electronic edition system on the site of the publication.
3. The recommended volume of the paper, including annotation, keywords, subscripts and bibliography is 10-15 pages А4.
4. Technical requirements for papers:

   The length of the paper: 15-24 A4 pages, including tables, illustrations, reference list and information about the authors. Manuscripts of larger size are accepted by special decision of the Editorial Board taking into account the authors' arguments.
   Margins: all margins are 20 mm each.
   Main text font: Times New Roman
   Font size of the main text: 12 pt
   Line spacing: 1,15
   Indentation of the first line of the paragraph: 1.25 cm
   Text alignment: width
   Automatic hyphenation: enabled
   Page numbering: not included
   Formulas in the formula editor: MS Equation 3.0, straight font (basic character size 14 pt). Formula references: on the right side in parentheses (1). The length of the formula together with the number should not exceed 10 cm.
   Figures, graphs and tables: in the text
   Figures and graphs containing gray fillings should be replaced with shading or black/white fillings. Scanned figures are not allowed. It is necessary to insert not the diagrams themselves, but their screenshots or images created with the help of graphic editors. MS Visio (diagram and flowchart editor) is specially designed for creating diagrams.
   Each figure should have a caption (under the figure), which gives an explanation of all its elements.
   Tables should contain only necessary data and represent generalized and statistically processed materials. Each table is provided with a title and inserted into the text after the paragraph with the first reference to it.
   Abbreviations and symbols are allowed only those accepted in the International System of Units for the abbreviation of measures, physical, chemical and mathematical quantities and terms.
   Footnotes are in-text footnotes, e.g.: [10, p. 21], [10; 12], [10, p. 32; 14, p. 23].

5. It is not allowed to publish more than two papers of one author in one issue of the Journal.
6. Submitted papers may be returned to the author for revision or rejected due to inconsistency with the profile of the Journal, unacceptable volume, a negative review or non-compliance with the rules of registration.
7. The Editors use native Russian-language plagiarism detection software Antiplagiat to  screen the submissions. The required text originality is at least 75%.
8. All manuscripts submitted to the editorial office are reviewed for relevance of the topic, scientific novelty, a reasoned statement of the facts, definite conclusions, presence of the scientific apparatus, and are published by the decision of the editorial board of the journal.
9. The Editorial Board members have the right to make editorial changes to the text of manuscript
10. Publication fees are free of charge.
11. Papers are included in the issue only after the approval of the Editorial Board Members. Papers are published in order of priority: acceptance for publication does not imply publication in the next issue of the Journal.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with each of the following items, and submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned to the authors.

• The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

• The submission file is in Microsoft Word file format.

• The manuscript is prepared in accordance with the Journal's style and format requirements, see full details in the template. A preliminary submitted manuscript may be unformatted; however, the authors are obligated to provide their revised manuscript in full accordance with the template file.

• The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

• The full addresses and affiliations for all co-authors are given in the manuscript.

   

• The Journal expects all submissions to ensure that all authors that contributed to the submission are acknowledged and that the author list accurately reflects the contributions of all authors accurately and fairly.

• Authors states that by submitting the manuscript, the content submitted is original and all appropriate citations, clearances, and permissions are provided.

• References are prepared in the correct format for the Journal. Please make sure that all references are supplied with DOI (if exists). All references mentioned in the Reference list are cited in the text, and vice versa.

• Authors are asked to create an ORCID before submitting a manuscript. ORCID provides a unique digital identifier that distinguishes authors. Information on how to create an ID can be found at the ORCID  website.

• Plagiarism in all its forms is unethical and is a cause for removal of a manuscript from review or retraction of a published manuscript.

Copyright Notice

Authors who publish with this Journal agree to the following terms:

1. Authors retain copyright and grant the Journal the first publication right with the paper licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License. This license enables reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format, so long as attribution is given to the creator. 
2. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or post it on the personal website), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
3. Authors are permitted to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can stimulate productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work.

Privacy Statement

The following information about the authors, including their names, affiliation, contact information, information about the position and academic degree, links to author profiles, is placed in the in the section “Information about the author”.

1. The passport data and place of residence of the authors, submitted to the editorial board of the journal, are used exclusively for licensing agreements and forwarding correspondence and are not transferred to third parties.
2. Names of reviewers are not reported to authors and third parties.
3. The names and addresses will be used solely for technical purposes of a contact with the author or reviewers when preparing the paper for publication. Private data will not be shared with other individuals and organizations.
